Robert B. Peter II (Coach Bob), President & Founder
Bob founded Insights2Improvement, Inc. in 1998. Bob has completed studies in the area of economics and human resource development. He is a certified distributor for a variety of talent management resources from Target Training International (TTI), Inscape Publishing, Vital Learning and Barrett Values Centre. Bob is a member and regular speaker for professional groups including SHRM and ASTD. Bob enjoys coaching his sons' football teams at the PopWarner and Junior High levels.

Erica Brown, Operations Assistant
Erica is an experienced human resource professional with twelve years of experience working with a top Rochester area organization as well as managing her own human resource consultant business Here2Help. Her educational experience includes Business Administration and Human Resources. Erica is also a licensed real estate agent. Erica joined the Insights2Improvement team in 2011.

Pamela R. Bauer, Peer-2-Peer Facilitator
Pam has a degree in Business and Accounting. She is the owner of Abacus & Co.of NY, Inc. and has been working for the small business community since 1997. She writes for several business magazines, maintains a blog and publishes a monthly newsletter. She speaks to small business groups on how to account for their business and what they should know in order to be successful.

Sue Medley, Coach & Trainer
Sue spent twenty-three years in the collegiate volleyball coaching ranks while serving as Head Coach at the University of Maine, Cornell University, and Saint Mary’s College and as an assistant at Kansas State University. Sue is currently the CEO of Gladjean Consulting. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Preprofessional Studies/Government and International Relations from the University of Notre Dame and a MBA in International Business from Kansas State University.

Mark Harris, Coach & Trainer
Creator of the “Career Dynamics” program, Mark has worked as a management consultant for the past 12 years. Mark is currently the owner of the The Cairngorm Group. He also served as the Executive Director of Cairngorm Career Development Corporation, a national non-profit organization that worked to bridge school and business communities and Consulting Director for 20/20 Inner Vision Inc., a United States 501c3 charitable corporation dedicated to increasing graduation rates in high schools.
Donald Bartalo, Instructional Leadership Developer & Coach
Bart is an experienced instructional leadership developer and coach. He founded UNITY Instructional Leadership Development & Coaching in 1994. He has worked across the United States with a mission to support school leaders helping teachers create better learning opportunities for students. Bart has completed his first book on instructional leadership. He and his wife, Denise, live in Rochester and have four grandchildren.

Marcy Miceli, Training Consultant
Marcy, an experienced organization development specialist, has been with the University of Rochester’s Human Resource Development department for twelve years. She is also a licensed registered nurse, a certified K-12 teacher and has been an adjunct at the State University College at Brockport for over 30 years. She holds a master’s degree in community health education, is a licensed coaching clinic facilitator, a certified DISC trainer and master trainer for Team STEEPS.

Loren Penman, Educational Coach & Consultant
Loren retired from public education after over three decades as a teacher, staff developer, instructional coach, building principal, and central office administrator. She is certified by the American Association of School Administrators as a strategic planning facilitator. Loren also works in her family’s Batavia-based business, Penguin Multimedia, Inc., as a communications consultant.

Thomas H. Brady, Executive Coach
Tom is an experienced executive coach and senior-level leader. He founded The XLR8 Team, Inc. in 1994 and has utilized his executive coaching process to help leaders at all levels of the organization improve results with a values-driven leadership approach. Tom has an ACSW as well as an educational background in business.

Hannah Morgan, Career Coach & Development Consultant
Job Search strategist and founder of CareerSherpa.net. Hanna brings over 10 years of experience helping workers advance their careers. She has developed and delivered workshops as well as managed the implementation of Career Navigator, a five-day intensive boot camp for professional level job seekers. Hannah's expertise includes career development process evalauation and strategy development.
